Northside Mask Band Extenders

In January 2021 Patient Relations at Northside Hospital put out the word that they would be having a celebration of Northside Hospital Atlanta Campus Health Care Workers and wanted to provide all of them with knitted or crocheted mask band extenders.

A request has been made to all Northside Auxiliary Knitters, Crocheters and Friends to help give each one of these workers a mask band extender. In 2020 over 800 were distributed to nurses. In 2021 they wanted to give their other 1500 health care workers mask band extenders as well. These workers have shown incredible dedication in performing an outstanding job for the hospital and their patients.

Peach State Stitchers members answered the request and began making mask band extenders.
